Chosen Solution
Hello, I got a Galaxy Grand Prime in today with a broken charging port but after replaceming it, it still doesn’t charge. Any suggestions what could have gone wrong? Hernando Update (01/31/2017) i tested it and it gave me 71mv so i’m guessing it will be the port. I already ordered a new one, i will let you know how it goes once i get it. I attached and image so you can see the port if i made any mistake.
you can connect the charger without battery and test the tow point for battery if u have 3 volt maybe battary died or re soldering the port it not have 3 volt after that if not have in tow test maybe charger ic
