Pl help me with my new MacBook Pro 2019 im not able to type in the symbol @ On my new MacBook Pro keyboard and my keys on Z and Y are interchanged

Go back to the store or Apple Store you bought the system to get it either replaced or repaired under warranty. Do make a backup of your data and delete it if you can return it. Clearly this is a damaged system.
