I am not able to power on my Samsung grand neo phone. When tried to power on ,the screen goes blank after displaying the"" Samsung grand neo plus & “powered by android” screen . It also vibrate when pressing power on but after that screen goes black and also no other light appears on the screen. pl help me out.
May be you should try charging your device using USB and try to switch it on.
