NOOK model BNRV200. I just replaced the battery, nook turns on but when I insert the SD card it shuts down and will not power back on. I can only get it to turn back on when the SD card is removed. All functions work when SD is not inserted.
@zinny sound slike either your SD card or the SD card reader is shortenibng out when you insert the card. Try a different card, should it still shorten out open your Nook up and take a look at the card reader. Also, double check your work since this started after you repalced the battery. Make sure everything is properly connected and that nothing got bend or broke.
