Hi guys! I have a Hisense 43” non-4K TV screen panel that I’m looking to interchange with a Hisense 43” 4K tv screen panel that’s broken. Do you guys think this is possible? Thank you for your help!
There are a lot of variables involved in swapping a screen out like this. Screen mount locations, driver and power ribbon locations, and if the electronics driving the screen are even capable of resolutions at 4k to name the big ones. I would start with the basics first and if it all lines up then take the plunge and attempt the swap. Before I went that far I would look up the specs on both screens and do a little reading to see if there are any glaring reasons why this would not work. knowing APU details from the tv could also give you more info than you thing. Having a part number will possibly get you the spec on the chipset, telling you what resolutions it is capable of. I hope this at least gets you moving in the right direction.
