I have a viox xl blu and no wifi networks will appear. I’ve tried almost everything, even did a factory reset. Please help
Hi, Just verifying that you are asking about viox blu headphones, is this correct? If so it uses Bluetooth to connect to a device not WiFi. To pair your headphones using BT, with the headphones switched off, press the Play button until the LED starts to flash red and blue. It is now in pairing mode. Find BLU in your phone’s BT settings available devices menu and connect to the headphones
