My moto x wifi nor Bluetooth work and I was wondering if it might be the WCN3680 is that possibly my issue??
I do believe that Motorola lies. My moto x do not have wifi nor bluetooth anymore but this is not a hardware problem to me. It happens just after march 31 when an OS update was done and on the next day no more WIFI or BLUETOOTH.
Is it working well again now? The phone is a Motorola? Which model please?
No..its not working. I have not replaced its motherboard yet. Its Motorola Moto X XT1052. Bluetooth is working fine but not the Wi-Fi.
You wil need to disassemble the phone and remove the board. There’s a clamp and 2 screws near the SIM card reader. In that area you will need to perform a reflow. If the reflow is successful it will work after that.

How can I check that after replacing the motherboard in the Service Center, everything else fine within it? From the recent experience, I doubt the service center guys. Is there any app with which I can check that each and everything is connected properly. Cellphone is in warranty. I want to check it as soon as they deliver the cell. (not with long time use).
I have the same issue with my moto X 2013. But… 2 weeks ago I changed the Epcos B7959 Wireless LAN/Bluetooth Filter. My phone is working perfectly :)
