My iPhone 6 has no voice out on cell calls. I have replaced the lightening connector/bottom mic,still same issue. Other mic functions are ok. Also,I can make voice calls with What’s App no problem. I have restore the phone from back up as well. Please help. Thanks
I think whatsapp uses the microphone at the top on the front camera flex which is also for loudspeaker calls and I think recording a video too… Normal phone calls use the mic at the bottom on the charging flex that you’ve changed, open the phone again and try and pull out the mic from its rubber holder thing and leave it loose then try making a call speaking directly into the mic. If that works then clean out the little hole next to the headphone jack if it doesnt work try another charging flex
