Chosen Solution
Hey all. I’ve recently bought a N64. One day it works, the next doesn’t. Tried every cable with a different console, so i don’t think they’re the problem. When i turn it on, video doesn’t work but audio does… half speed (for example. when i boot sm64, on the start screen i hear “iii’tsss aaaa mmmmeeee…..mmmmaaarrriioo… i get it, fps wasn’t good back then, but we’re talking about.. 10 fps or something like that) Dismantled it, tried cleaning everything. Still does’t work. Either the console OR, i thought, the Jumper Pak (i cleaned it too, still didn’t solve). Any idea? Thanks
try cleaning the game pins with rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab use 70% to 100% also make the swab damp not soaked then dry it with the other end of the swab
