Tv has audio but no video. No video when tv is on. Not even the Samsung logo is displayed when the tv is turned on.
Dear Donald, I recommend checking if your cables are connected in the way they should for both display and audio. You might use a cable that is only ment for audio or the wrong output on you cable box.
