i have a scag walk behind mower with a pull start, it uses a kohler cv15 command motor. i have checked and cleaned the ground, replaced spark plug and the coil, when that didnt work i replaced the regulator rectifier and stator. with the ground off the coil i am not getting spark, have 2 new coils, one tests at 8000 and one at 15000. first time i put the newest coil on it sparked once. i think it did this the first time i put the other new one on. any help would be appreciated. its a simple design since there is no battery or electric starter but its kickin my ass
@jimmy_c “regulator rectifier “ would be an issue if you had charging problems. This sounds more like an issue with the ignition module. Check the troubleshooting in the manual and let us know what you find. Starting circuit
