Chosen Solution
I got an IPhone 5 when making calls I cannot hear the ringer or no sound, also when I receive a call I can hear it ringing on my side but when I answer no sound but I can hear by switching to speaker, I can listen to music or videos with sound no problem! I changed the connecter behind the lower speaker by the mouth piece and didn’t fix the problem, your help please Bea
have you check if your phone is on silent…it happens to me
