When I have head phones in my phone the sound works fine but when i dont and try to play music there is no sound and I cant change the volume its like there is no volume. Its like mute on speaker please solve ._.
Clean your charging port or headphone jack with 99% alcohol and soft brush.. You phone thinks it’s in a dock speaker cause of the dust n dirt
