Chosen Solution
My logitech Z333 speakers produces no sound at all. Found that the problem is within the volume knob which is probably due to a loose connection in the main connectors. I’ve tried cleaning and reconnecting the connectors which works temporarily. And rotating the volume knob does produce some scratchy sound. I’ve attached some pictures and video link for the problem. Please help!
@ayan_4u it all seems to be pointing toward a bad potentiometer (volume control). Instead of the video, post some good pictures of the board (front and back) with your question. Replacing it will most likely fix this issue
all jokes aside… make sure the volume controller is actually turned on… yes… im a idiot
