Every time I launch Siri there no audio coming out or in but Siri works fine with headphones and then when I send a audio iMessage it’s just static and no sound, but recording through the voice memos app works totally fine. What could cause this issue and is there any troubleshooting steps I can try if not what part do I need to purchase and what tools are needed for the job? Also what is weird to me is when I call my friend that has a iPhone through FaceTime she cant hear me that well and when I call her regularly and put her on speaker she can’t hear me at all only sometimes, could it be her iPhone having issues or do I just need to speak directly into mic? Also other people who don’t have iPhones cant hear me through Facebook video call unless I have headphones plug in!!!
Siri along with facetime works with the mic that is up the top next to your back camera. It is possible you have something in that area blocking it, Tape from a damaged screen, case, dirt etc. Have a look and give it a clean out with a toothbrush and see how you go
