My sound without earphones works perfectly. When i plug in my earphones, it detects that earphones are plugged in, and the volume buttons on the earphones works perfectly too. However, no sound comes out of the earphones. No water damage. I did rip the wire a little bit by the left earpiece months ago but it has never affected the sound at all. What’s wrong with my earphones?
Have you tried a different set of earphones? If a different set works, its as simple as that. If the other doesn’t work, its more than likely a bad headphone jack which can be replaced fairly easily. If the different headphones and jack don’t work, then its going to be more complicated. Please update us so we can help more after you tried those things.
