I’ve bought a iPhone and I replaced the screen on it as the screen was completely smashed and black but I have no signal, I think it has something to do with the antenna but not sure
Check if the IMEI and modem firmware is being displayed in settings > general > about phone. Also check in the phone dialer with *#06# for IMEI being displayed. In most cases these are baseband circuit related issues which requires micro-soldering from a reputable phone repair store to fix.
check you’ve not bought a blacklisted phone!
The lphone is not black listed, I’m going to try a replacement antenna to see if it works, if it doesn’t I’ll have to see about taking the phone to a micro soldering store. Please throw more answers down, thanks!
