Chosen Solution
I was given this laptop in faulty state, with swollen battery, I replaced it with a new battery, RAM fully working. When I tried to power it up, its dead no sign of life at all. When ever its connected to the charger, the chip 25R064A (BIOS) heats up. so I have disconnected the battery as well as charger. The battery alone doesn’t heat the chip, can anyone shed some light what can be done to fix this?
Sadly nothing us mere mortals can do here. You’ll need to find someone with the deeper skill set to diagnose your logic board. The other option is to just replace the logic board as it clearly has issues.
