Hello :) Sorry to bother everyone but I need help with the dual sim feature on my Redmi Note 7 Xiaomi phone. So when I have two sim cards inserted into the phone both sim cards go to emergency mode only with no service (unable to make calls or texts from device) 1 Sim card is MetroPCS the other T-Mobile.. When I remove the MetroPCS sim card from phone, the other sim card left(T-Mobile) in the phone will regain it’s normal service able to make calls and such. But if i insert the MetroPCS sim card they both go to no service emergency calls only. If anyone can help me figure out why this is happening i’d really appreciate it. I’ve tried the following. Reset Phone Reset Network Data Swapped sim cards to different slots Manually selecting operator for both sim cards Turned off phone and pulled sim out and reinserted 2 mins later and turned back on. none of the above has worked :( Plz help! <3
