My iPhone 8+ is perfect condition . A few weeks ago I changed the cellular to another company. Once I inserted their SIM card , the iPhone can’t calling anymore . No matter what SIM card I use now . The weird thing is that I have internet 4 LTE and 3G and WiFi . Just when I turn the phone to Airplane mode and turning off , I’m getting 1 line of cellular connection and I quickly calling , the phone getting full connection and working perfect until I end the call and then it’s turning back to 1 line . Most of the time I get “no service” . I’ve already tried the all resets methods and nothing help . Can it be part issue that needs to replace?
Very odd! I would put the original SIM back in and go to the original provider store to get the phone checked out. Did you still have a contract outstanding with that carrier to pay for the phone? They could have black listed the MEI number which is why one phone number is not working and your second line still works. The no service condition is more likely the limits of the cell towers for your carrier based on your location. Sometime its also related to your location in a brick or metal building or dense city so the signals are blocked, or in a hollow or valley the signal just can’t reach (over the horizon)
