So I just unplugged my router and plugged it back in yet it says I have no power. I turned it off and on but it said the same thing. I don’t know what kind of router it is other than that verizon gave it to us. Also, the only light that is on is red next to power

Sounds like this router is provided from Verizon, correct? If so, I would recommend you contact them to seek a replacement for their Router/Modem. If this is your personal router that was purchase, or if it was purchased (not rented), by Verizon. Flip the router over and see the Model No. Provide it so we may find some details about this equipment to assist further. Cheers
