Good day .have have a samsung UN58TU7000FXZA . no power light /tv wouldn’t turn on . All research pointed to the power supply . Purchased new board and changed .still the same issue( no power light on /TV wouldn’t turn on ) . Any advice?
Aneil Persad “no power light /tv wouldn’t turn on” are absolutely indicative of a bad power supply board. Your Power LED should at least come on to signal that stby power is available. I suggest that you checked the power cord and the outlet going to the TV. Use a voltmeter and measure the AC voltage on the power cord, then the power board. Measure on the fuse. If you have no power on that, you know it is the power cord/outlet. Let us know exactly what you found. Also, post some good pictures of all of your boards that are mounted on your TV.
