Hey everyone I have a Lenovo ideapad 330s that has no charging light and not powering on I did a power reset bios reset but nothing I tested the voltage of the dc Jack and it has 20V coming into the laptop however the batter reads 0.01V on the positive and negative terminals on the board connector is there something else I need to test? Any help would be appreciated.
