Chosen Solution
Hello. It’s a 2390. No power, no noise, absolutely nothing. When I plug the power cord in, one light lights up, but then goes out as soon as I press the power button. The light doesn’t come back on until I unplug it and plug it back in. But still no noise, absolutely nothing. Most common answers here are power supply board or logic board, but in those posts, the folks hear some sort of noise, clicking, fans or something. Mine does nothing. Any thoughts? Did you check the DC side of the power supply with a volt meter? Did you try a different AC power cord just incase its bad? I would still replace the power supply as you clearly have a power issue. Update (02/16/2018)
