Hi my lcd was cracked so I decided to swap the display assembly with another. Now there is no power. It won’t turn on, the battery life indicator button shows no lights, and this was charged before. The charger cable shows no lights also. very new to this so not sure what to do.
Have you checked to make sure all of the cables were put back in the original place? Try turning it on, can you hear the fan start up then quickly shut off? If so, you poked the motherboard wrong unfortunately and it means most likely the computer is fried. If you can add a bit more details as to what is wrong though I may be able to help.
