Vizio E480i-B2 After a recent power outage, the TV would just not power on, either from the power button or remote. I’ve tried holding down the power while unplugged—didn’t help. While testing the power board, though the fuse is not blown and capacitors look fine, I’ve noticed a few diodes with continuity with both polarities (shorted?). I’ve marked them red in the picture directly below. The standby power mostly hangs at ~3v, but it fluctuates(bad capacitor?) I am not sure if these should be replaced and I’m not sure if there are any other problems. What should I try next???

Hi, To prove that the diode is faulty or if it is just the circuit around it that makes you think that it has continuity in both directions, you need to unsolder one end of the suspect diodes and lift it off the circuit board so that it can be tested in isolation from the circuit board. If it does test the same resistance in both direction then it is faulty. If one direction is low resistance and the other is very high resistance then it is OK
