Hello Team. I have watched and read many ideas on how to fix this and none seem to do it. I have replaced the T con and Main board to no avail. Not sure if maybe I got a bad board from ebay. I have sound but no picture or back light. I tried the flash light test but can’t see anything. When I unplug the connector from the power supply to the main board all led’s come on. When I unplug and plug in the ribbon cable from the main board to the t con I get a flash from the led’s. I want to be sure if it’s a power supply issue before I go buying another board. Checked all capacitors. None look bulged and no burning anywhere. All this happened after a storm came through. Thanks in advance.
Update (01/22/2018) Yeah, thats the serial on the Power Board.

@stocktony that sounds like a bad main board. If it would be your power board, you wouldn’t get the backlight to work. Just to make sure, check the fuse on the T-con board for continuity and you should get ~12V on it (TV on of course). Post some images of your boards so we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that.
