My TV 48JU6400 all of the sudden went on and off twice ending in black screen, only the sound works. I did the flash light test, no image appears and the backlights only working if you disconnect the LVDS cable either from the t-con or the main board. I changed the t-con board with a used one(fully tested as they claim) with the same result. Any suggestion for the fault??
Hi, Try different inputs, input types, input cables or a different signal source e.g. a dvd player to definitely prove that the problem is with the TV. Can you view the Menu screens OK, you didn’t say? If you tried all the above and the problem is with the TV, check the voltages to the mainboard from the power board, as printed on the power board, are OK and if so most likely it is a mainboard problem
