My toaster oven will toast. I can see both heat elements working when toasting. The light come on and stays on. My problem is when I turn on the Oven, say to 350 degrees, the Oven will not heat up. The light flickers and will not stay permanently on. Is this a fixable issue so I can get my Oven back to working?
