Chosen Solution
So today I installed a RGB mod chip on my console. Booted after installation and it worked great. But then the next boot I did, no video. Pulled a Jumper Pak from another console (just to be sure), which worked earlier today, and nothing. No neither console will work correctly. I have thoroughly cleaned the contacts on the motherboard, jumper and expansion packs, cartridges, etc. Also have tried multiple AV and power cables.
look at the solder points to see if you had a solder short between to or more points
