after changing the screen on an iphone 7 plus the home button would not click and the phone has gone slow as !&&* to the extent you cannot do anything i put the old screen back on and still not working any ideas?
When you changed the screen did you unplug the battery? Made sure there was no ESD damage? If so, try a memory reset. This should work with at least the original screen. If not, then it may of been shorted somewhere.
