It’s a weird issue I have here. My touch screen, home button, power button, literally everything does not work unless the screen is off. So if the phone is powered off the power button works fine, if the screen is off the home button works fine. What do I do? Thanks
I would try a hard reset, press and hold the power button and home button at the same time and hold them until the apple logo comes up. Try that and see if that will work.
