only voice will come on but no display on the screen. its blank white. should i send it to apple store?
Try a hard reset. Press and hold power power and home button at the same time for 10 seconds. If that doesn’t work it may need to have the lcd cable checked or logic board repair. You can also try the Apple Store but I doubt they will be of help unless it is still under warranty.

Did you tried to restart the iPad? you can try below steps before send it Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
