Just replaced iphone xr digitizer. Phone vibrates and gets power. Still no display. It was dropped apparently and the screen was working and then one day it didnt. What else would need replacing?
Did you disconnect the battery when you changed the screen? I would take off the screen, make sure to disconnect the battery. Get a magnifying glass and check the connections and make sure no pins were bent. Clean the connections with a qtip and alcohol and a soft brush. If that doesn’t work there is a possibility that you have a defective screen, or you might have blown the backlight circuit.
