my iPad Air does not connect to a pc via original apple cable. It does not charge when put in an outlet, but when i power it down while hanging on the charger, it reboots so it must recognize something? the screw is tight, i tried that already. anyone got a clue?
hello Niels, what screw you talking about? Who told you this? seriously now, your problem is related to damage to the charging port (flex behind a port) or the electronics in the charging circuit. Unfortunately, this still happens with ipdads. Either way, it requires expert diagnosis, skill and experience. If you know some about re-work of electronics you can repair it at home, if not, don’t do this yourself. Ipad is often damaged when attempted to repair by people with poor knowledge and poor experience (there are many of these in street workshops). Think about it when you take your tablet anywhere. Find a specialist, talk to him first. It will surely explain the problem to you, on the other hand - very simple and easy to fix. regards,
