I have no cold water going into the machine on the wash cycle. Rinse cycle fills just fine with cold. Took hoses off and checked inlet screens—they are fine. No problem with house supply. Anyway like I said there’s cold on the rinse but none on the wash.
Hi, Here’s the Tech Sheet W10374149 Rev A for the washer. Run the automatic diagnostics as per p.1 and check if a C2 error code occurs. If it does follow what it states in the C2 Recommended procedure section to find the problem.
