Hi we have replaced the cold water valve, check both ends on hose (screens) not clogged and they are hooked up correctly. No matter which cycle or temperature the water is hot and now I have a $1000. Electrical bill! Anyone have any ideas?
Disconnect the water outlet hose after shutting the valve off. Use a bucket to hopefully catch the water and open the valve and se if it runs cold. Today it’s 106 in my part of Texas. My water pipes run thru my garage and the water heats up so it’s warm even when running the cold water.
