Chosen Solution
Wifi and Bluetooth will not turn on or connect. Problem seems to have occurred after update to android 9. Phone is about 8 months old. Tried all resets. Can any thing be done or is it an expensive paperweight?
send back to google seen this a few times on the pixel, the wifi-bT module dies, they are a high temp part
