i bought a cookoo watch from official online store, but i received a defective watch which the light doesn’t work mail to support no reply, after day 3 when i complaint to Peter Hauser, they do reply me but just ask me some question then nothing so anyone here know the diagram or how to fix this problem?

hello i had the same problem the problem from that wheel that sit the time the wheel between the command and mode bottons try to move it out like u need to sit time and put it in again just try play on it and give hem some hits rally i figure out whene i hit the watch whene the light didint turn on i got angry couse the watch is new so try do it i hope i hilped you
