I have a NuVision TM800A510L 8" tablet. This thing has been returned twice; I’ve probably been able to use it for a total of 15 minutes! This time it powers on to a wifi connection screen, shows my wifi is connected, and then goes to “checking for updates” and that’s it. Loops back to first screen. Hard reset (I held volume (-) and power buttons for 10 sec) takes me to “Dnx mode, waiting for fastboot command” Hooked it up via USB to my laptop which recognized it as external media storage but would not interact with it. How can I get back the operating system and apps it supposedly came with?
Why are people having so many problems with this product makes no sense I sent mine back twice fixed it twice got it back second time worked great till I downloaded my apps then it just shut off then when I tried to reset the %#*@ thing it stays on DNX Fastboot mode. I’ve had my Tablet for about 5 months and never even got to use the stupid thing.
Hi felindsay, I was able to get into the BIOS by using an external keyboard(with micro USB to USB adapter) by pressing F10 on boot. I’d try to reset the BIOS to defaults and check the boot order. If you don’t have a recovery drive, you could try a few hard shutdowns and this should prompt the Windows recovery process. You can try to run the built in recovery from there to RESET your device. This should bring it back to Out of Box.
I cannot get the bleeder out of restore your last system mode (Win 10), any thoughts?
my hipstreet w7 brings up"entering dnx mode waiting for fastboot command " then disappears don’t have a keyboard for it because i usually use the one on the tablet. i think if all else fails i might just lob it at the wall
How do i get back to apps tablet is stuck on nextbooj
My tablet wouldnt start then I pressed power button then reset power first then reset then reset and then power and it said DNX FASTBOOT MODE.. with Teleclast logo. I tried plugging it in via USB and computer said it failed to install the drivers for device.
try letting the device fully die and plug back in to about 5% and turn on. work when my device froze on dnx fastboot mode.
