Hello, my asus zenbook laptop doesn’t lit my keyboard. When pressing the shortcut, it says that it should turn on, but it doesn’t. I also tried to reinstall atk drivers, but it didn’t help. Thanks for any help!
Hi! Did it worked before? Check the BIOS, sometimes it’s turned off in there. If you did all the things, including installing the newest drivers from ASUS, you should check if the cables are connected properly. Otherwise a keyboard replacement is required (as it’s inside the keyboard).
