Hello, Anyone know what I should do about my Iphone5s that doesn’t ring, play music, etc.? Audio only works if I have headphones plugged in. A phone technician told me I would probably need to get a new phone - ugh! I tried a few suggestions I found when I googled this issue, but none of them worked. I’d love your help! Thank you.
Sounds like the speakers are probably dead, here is the guide if you want to repair it yourself. Speaker Replacment Otherwise it’s probably time for a new phone.
