My nitro 5 purchase date 14 Dec 2019 window 10 home single language update 1909 Seen last week I played a game and suddenly was shut down without warning. then I turn on my laptop and the battery keeps draining and unable charge.

I have tried to do:

  1. Battery reset + unplug the battery
  2. Uninstall the Microsoft ACIP-Compliant + Restart
  3. Charge whole night (result 3%)
  4. Change new AC adaptor ( Not work)
  5. Update Bios to v1.28
  6. Reinstall window 10

I have no idea anymore, except take the device to the service center. last option but new battery (not buy yet because still in warranty period) did you all have this issue?

was it plugged in via cable or on battery power when it just shut down without warning? if it was plugged in, could be the mobo , if on battery could be the battery. a sudden loss of power without bluescreen or warning of shutting down is caused by either a fault on the mobo if plugged in or fault on the battery if on battery power. either way, its under warranty…get that thing turned in.
