Nintendo switch charges fine, but when put on the dock it will not work on the TV. It comes on for a second and its blury
This is sometimes caused by the HDMI video chip P13USB on the back of the board. It can also be one of the filters below that chip be sure to check them for continuity from top to bottom first. In some cases a pad under the P13USB chip can become damaged. In the cases I have seen it is normally the left most filter below P13USB or that chip.
