My Nikon D3200 menu, playback along with buttons 7-9 are not working. Literally nothing happens when I press these buttons. There is not a reset button on this camera. Looking for advice to help me fix this problem. Any suggestions?!? Desperate
The first way to fix this hardware issue is resetting. To reset you camera : Press [Menu] button.Select the “Shooting Menu”Scroll through the options until ‘Reset Shooting Options’ is highlighted.Press OK.Highlight ‘Yes’ and press OK again.Repeat this for the “Setup Menu” If reset will not fix hardware issue then go to Nikon D3200 Manual for help.
there is no guide for replacing the button ribbon cable on here but you can follow this guide to access the ribbon cable and replace it.. Nikon D3200 LCD Screen Replacement
