Chosen Solution
With the nexus 5X does anyone know if you can get parts for it anywhere? I stupidly tried to plug a micro USB cable into the phone instead of the cable it came with. I managed to strip the pins from inside the port and it now (understandably :) ) won’t charge. Looking at the various tear downs suggest that the USB port is fixed to the mother board so might not be replaceable without the whole motherboard - but I can’t find any where that sells anything other than screens for these phones. Anyone else got any ideas?
There are still no enough Nexus 5X parts in the market and you have to wait. Or you can send it to the after sell apartement and ask for help.
