Hi, I just installed an old ssd of 256gb (original ssd from a 2015 macbook air) in my macbook pro (early 2015). For some reason, the mac freezes after it has been asleep. Sometimes the keyboard lights up but there is only a black screen, and sometimes the screen lights up but everything just freezes. This has never happened before on the original 128 gb ssd. Sometimes it also freezes if I am using the mac but opening a program that has been in the background.. What might be the error here? Is it the ssd that is broken (I bought it, have not used it before) or is it something else? I am using High Sierra. I Have tried to empty NVMe and SMC but it doesnt change anything and when running diagnostics it says that everything is fine. I am also running bootcamp and on windows it starts up fine after sleeping. Any ideas?
What happens when you put back the original SSD? Did you still see the issue with it?
