Chosen Solution
The battery on this relatively new Mac Pro is not charging. Everything else is working fine. The ports and the charger have no issue. This is the diagnosis from TG PRo. Thank you for your help.
Looks like the battery just failed. It happens unfortunately. Most of the time batteries degrade over time but sometimes they just die suddenly. If you’re still covered by warranty or Applecare+ I would have Apple take a look. Otherwise, installing a new battery will likely get you up and running again.
