Brand new impeller washer. First load was towels. Washer completely stopped after wash. I rearranged towels. Nothing happened. Waited did not start back up. Pressed button. Started wash load over again and did same thing. I ended the load and put on rinse and spin. Finally got it to spin but shook a lot. What could it be?
Hi @janice59 , What is the make and model number? Is the machine level on the floor? Since it is brand new contact the manufacturer’s customer service section about the problem.
