Chosen Solution
I recently bought a new Vizio, model v705-h13, and it looks washed out, even when turning the TV first on, there’s like a grey haze to it. I own 3 Vizio’s and am very happy with them, the other models are at least 7 years old, so I’m not sure if this is just how the newer technology looks or if something is faulty. I tried adjusting the settings for over 30 minutes and this is how it looks. I hooked up the old TV to see the difference in them.
Rob H since this is a new TV you do want to go ahead and return it. Could be a bad panel issue, bad T-Con issue or just an inferior screen. Replace it now while you can since this will NOT get better as time preogresse’.
